Ingredients:
-Desi ghee (Clarified butter) 4 tbs
-Baisan (Gram flour) 3 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) ¾ Cup (add gradually)
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tsp
-Cream 400ml
-Condensed milk ¾ Cup
-Saffron essence ½ tsp
-Yellow food color few drops
-Orange food color few drops
-Rose petals (Dried) 2-3 tbs
-Badam (Almonds) sliced 8-10
-Pista (Pistachio) sliced 8-10
Direction:
-In a pan, add clarified butter, let it melt.
-Add gram flour, mix well & roast on low flame for 3-4 minutes or until fragrant, while mixing continuously.
-Add milk, green cardamom powder, mix well & cook on low flame for 1-2 minutes.
-Turn off the flame & let it cool.
-Place bowl on an ice-bath, add cream mix well, beat for 4-5 minutes or until soft peaks form.
-Add condensed milk, beat for 2-3 minutes, add roasted gram flour mixture, saffron essence, beat until well combined.
-Add yellow & orange food colour to adjust the required baisan ladoo colour, beat until combined, do not over mix.
-Place silicon mold on a tray, add dried rose petals, almond slices, pistachios slice, pour prepared baisan ladoo ice cream mixture.
-Tap tap a few times & level it with the help of a spoon, cover with cling wrap & freeze for 6-8 hours or until frozen. (Makes: 6-7)

-Besan dalein aur low flame par 3-4 minutes roast karen jab tak khushboo aa jaye, continuously mix karte rahen.
-Doodh aur elaichi powder dalein, mix karen aur low flame par 1-2 minutes pakaen.
-Flame band karen aur mixture ko thanda hone den.
-Ek bowl ko ice-bath par rakh kar cream dalein aur mix karen, 4-5 minutes beat karen jab tak soft peaks aa jayein.
-Condensed milk dalein aur 2-3 minutes beat karen.
-Roasted besan mixture aur saffron essence dalein, achi tarah beat karen.
-Yellow aur orange food colour dalein aur required colour tak mix karen, over mix na karen.
-Ek silicon mold ko tray par rakhen.
-Dried rose petals, almond slices aur pistachio slices dalein.
-Prepared besan ladoo ice cream mixture pour karen.
-Halka tap kar ke set karen aur spoon se level kar len.
-Cling wrap se cover karen aur 6-8 ghante ke liye freeze karen. (Makes: 6-7)
