Ingredients:
Prepare Mango Sauce:
-Aam (Mango) puree 1 & ½ Cup
-Sugar 2 & ½ tbs or to taste
-Lychee 250g
-Condensed milk 1 can (397g)
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp
-Whipping cream 600ml
Direction:
Prepare Mango Sauce:
-In a sauce pan, add mango puree, sugar, mix well & cook on medium flame for 5-8 minutes or until thickens.
-Turn off the flame
- Let it cool completely & transfer to a piping bag.
-Take lychee, peel & deseed them.
-In a blending jar, add lychee, condensed milk, pink salt, & blend well
-Lychee cream mixture is ready! Set aside.
-In a bowl, add whipping cream, beat on medium speed until stiff peaks form.
-Add lychee puree, fold well until well-combined.
-In a dish, add half of the Lychee cream mixture, pipe out prepared mango puree, make swirls with the help of wooden skewer, add remaining lychee cream mixture & mango puree again, mix with skewer.
-Cover with cling wrap & freeze for 6-8 hours or until frozen.

-Mukammal thanda hone den aur piping bag mein transfer kar den.
-Lychee ko peel kar ke seeds nikaal den.
-Ek blending jar mein lychee, condensed milk aur pink salt dalein.
-Blend kar len.
-Lychee cream mixture ready hai, side par rakh den.
-Ek bowl mein whipping cream dalein.
-Medium speed par beat karen jab tak stiff peaks ban jayein.
-Lychee puree dalein aur fold karen jab tak achi tarah combine ho jaye.
-Ek dish mein aadha lychee cream mixture dalein.
-Prepared mango puree pipe karen.
-Wooden skewer ki madad se swirls bana len.
-Baqi Lychee cream mixture aur mango puree dobara dalein.
-Skewer ki madad se halka swirl kar len.
-Cling wrap se cover karen aur 6-8 ghante ya overnight freeze kar den.
