Ingredients:
Prepare Chicken:
-Boneless chicken strips 400g
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp
-Lehsan Powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Kali mirch Powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Cornflour 2 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
-Soy sauce ½ tbs
-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Dalda cooking oil 1 Cup
Prepare Dragon Sauce:
-Chicken stock 1 Cup (Dissolve 1 chicken cube in 1 cup of warm water)
-Tomato ketchup ½ Cup
-Chilli garlic sauce ½ Cup
-Soy sauce 2 tbs
-Dark soy sauce 1 tbs
-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tbs or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Dalda cooking oil 2-3 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) finely chopped 3 tbs
-Sukhi lal mirch (Dried red chillies) 4-5
-Fusilli pasta (Boiled) 300g (Boiled as per pack’s instructions)
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) sliced ½ Cup
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced ½ Cup
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) chopped handful
-Til (Sesame seeds) roasted 1 tbs
Direction:
Prepare Chicken:
-In a bowl, add chicken strips, red chilli powder, garlic powder, black pepper powder, pink salt, corn flour, all-purpose flour, soy sauce, vinegar, egg & mix well
-Cover & marinate for 15-20 minutes.
-In a pan, add cooking oil, heat it.
-Add marinated chicken strips, fry on medium flame until golden & crispy.
Prepare Dragon Sauce:
-In a bowl, add chicken stock, tomato ketchup, chilli garlic sauce, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, vinegar, pink salt, red chilli powder, black pepper powder. Whisk well & set aside.
Prepare Dragon Chicken Pasta:
-In a flat wok, add cooking oil & heat it.
-Add garlic, dried red chillies, mix well, fry for 2-3 minutes or until light golden.
-Add prepared dragon sauce, mix well, cook on medium flame for 2 minutes or until slightly thickened.
-Add boiled pasta, capsicum, onion, fried chicken, spring onion, sesame seeds, and mix well.
-Cook on high flame for 1-2 minutes & serve!
