Ingredients:
-Pyaz (Onion) cubes 1 medium
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 4-5
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) handful
-Rewaj Charbi 100g
-Qeema (Beef mince) 750g
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) fried & crushed 2 tbs
-Kacha papita (Raw papaya) paste 1 tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 & ½ tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) Roasted & crushed ½ tbs
-Zarday ka rang (Orange food color) ¼ tsp
-Garam masala powder 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Makhan (Butter) 1 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) rings
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3-4
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Direction:
-In a chopper, add onion, green chillies, fresh coriander, chop coarsely.
-Add fat, beef mince, chop well & transfer it to a flat bowl.
-Add ginger garlic paste, fried onion, papaya paste, pink salt, red chilli powder, cumin, red chilli crushed, coriander, orange food colour, garam masala powder, black pepper powder & knead until well combined (8-10 minutes).
-Cover & marinate for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
-Remove the cover and mix well.
-Take 50g kabab mixture and shape into a gola kabab around a skewer.
-Skew 3 kababs on each skewer. (Makes: 17-18)
-Let them rest for 30 minutes or until a crust forms.
-Now grill prepared gola kabab on a charcoal until done, flip in between.
-In a hot sizzler pan, add butter, onion rings, green chillies, and prepared gola kabab. Garnish with fresh coriander, serve with raita, chutney, & chapati!

-Ek chopper mein pyaz, hari mirchain aur hara dhania dalein aur coarse chop kar len.
-Charbi aur beef mince dalein, achi tarah chop karen aur flat bowl mein transfer kar len.
-Adrak lehsan paste, fried pyaz, papaya paste, pink salt, lal mirch powder, zeera, crushed lal mirch, dhania powder, orange food colour, garam masala powder aur kali mirch powder dalein.
- 8-10 minutes tak achi tarah gundhen jab tak sab cheezen achi tarah combine ho jayein.
-Cover kar ke 2 ghante ke liye refrigerator mein marinate karen.
-Dhakkan hata kar dobara achi tarah mix karen.
-50g kabab mixture lein aur seekh ke gird gola kabab ki shape bana len.
-Har seekh par 3 kabab lagaen.
(17-18 seekhein tayyar hongi)
-30 minutes ke liye rest den ya jab tak halki si crust ban jaye.
-Ab prepared gola kabab ko koylay par grill karen jab tak pak jayein, beech beech mein palatte rahen.
-Garam sizzler pan mein butter dalein, onion rings, hari mirchain aur prepared gola kabab rakhain.
-Hare dhaniye se garnish karen aur raita, chutney aur chapati ke sath serve karen!
