Ingredients:
-Olper’s milk 1 litre
-Sugar ½ Cup
-Cornflour 5-6 tbs
-Olper’s milk ¼ Cup
-Olper’s Cream 1 cup
-Colored vermicelli (Boiled) 1 Cup
-Badam (Almonds) peeled & sliced 3-4 tbs
-Chocolate chips 3-4 tbs
-Apple 1 Cup
-Banana Sliced 1 Cup
-Pineapple 1 Cup
-Strawberry Cubes ½ Cup
-Bareek Cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 tbs
-Lemon juice ½ tsp
-Red jelly as required
-Digestive Biscuits crushed as required
-Cham Cham meethai
-Yellow jelly
-Strawberries
Direction:
-In a wok, add milk, sugar mix well & bring it to boil.
-In a bowl, add cornflour, milk & whisk well.
-Pour cornflour mixture in boiling milk & cook on medium flame for 3-4 minutes or until thickens.
-Turn off the flame.
-Place the wok over ice & whisk vigorously for silky smooth finish
-Add boiled coloured vermicelli, almonds, chocolate chips & mix well.
-In a bowl, add apple, banana, pineapple, strawberry, caster sugar, lemon juice, mix well(sugar and lemon will prevent browning of fruits) & set aside.
-In a serving bowl, set a layer of red jelly at bottom of bowl, add mix fruits, biscuits crumbs, prepared custard, chamcham, yellow jelly.
-Make another layer of mix fruits, biscuit crumbs, prepared custard, garnish with colourful sweets, almond, pistachios, strawberries & serve!

-Ek wok mein doodh aur cheeni daal kar achi tarah mix karen aur ubal aane tak pakaen.
-Ek bowl mein cornflour aur doodh daal kar achi tarah whisk kar len.
-Cornflour ka mixture ubalte hue doodh mein daal kar medium aanch par 3-4 minute tak ya gaadha hone tak pakaen.
-Flame band kar den.
-Wok ko baraf par rakh kar silky smooth finish ke liye ache se whisk karen.
-Ubali hui rang birangi vermicelli, badam aur chocolate chips daal kar achi tarah mix kar len.
-Ek bowl mein seb, kela, ananas, strawberry, caster sugar aur lemon juice daal kar mix kar len (cheeni aur lemon fruits ko brown hone se bachayenge) aur side par rakh den.
-Serving bowl mein sab se neeche red jelly ki layer lagaen, phir mix fruits, biscuit crumbs, tayyar custard, chamcham aur yellow jelly daal den.
-Phir se mix fruits, biscuit crumbs aur tayyar custard ki layer lagaen, rang birangi sweets, badam, pista aur strawberries se garnish karen aur serve karen!
